This board is DMX pixels for building LED matrix systems or chains for effects. The MY9943-IC from MySemi has an auto-addressing, starting at address 1. Via an upstream MY9942-IC also another start address can be defined. Per pixel 3 DMX channels are needed. Thus 170 pixels can be addressed per universe. The boards can be controlled directly with the DMX protocol.
On the board 3 RGB-PLCC6-LEDs "high-brightness" are installed. The pixels can be connected to each other with cables. A direct connection is possible with pin and baseboards with a grid of 2.54mm. We offer a corresponding set with connectors. This also includes a 2-pole PSK connector for the voltage. The voltage supply must be re-injected at least every 30 pixels.

The individual pixels are equipped with a round 8mm RGB LED and encapsulated in a housing together with the WS2811 LED IC. This makes these pixels waterproof. The connection of the single pixels consists of 4-wire ribbon cable with a length of approx. 8cm. The packaging unit is usually 50 pieces (max. per connected chain). Please order the required number of single pixels.

The LED chain consists of 20 RGB pixels in a white PVC housing. The round pixels have each 3 RGB LED integrated with a pixel IC WS2801 and are operated at 12V. They are controllable with all common drivers up to the SEDU board. The pixels are connected with a ribbon cable in a chain of 20 each. Each chain is to be supplied with voltage.
